Comic strip creator is a freeware, standalone application for making comic strips and has been developed by CosyLLab at the Department of Technology Education and Digital Systems of the University of Piraeus, in Piraeus, Greece. It’s an authoring tool, providing a graphical animated workspace, dressed with graphics from  Hermes|Digital (www.hermesdigital.gr)
